Privacy of Certain Forum Topics
Your concerns are shared by many and that is why most of the topics which relate to member issues and club issues are invisible unless you are identified as a Cliffs property owner or member. If you log on to the forum as a guest you will notice that many of the topics are not only prohibited to you but actually not even visible. (that way non members do not even know what it is that they cannot see) If you try logging on as a non member (one who has not been specifically added to the Cliffs Members' group) you will notice many topics do not appear at all.
If there is one which needs to be restricted and is not, please PM admin to adjust the permissions of the topic.

Re: Privacy of Certain Forum Topics
Is there a flaw in the system. I think I have been able to read everything on this site and post a comment. However, I did not do anything but join. I did not provide any information that shows I am a property owner.

At some point, either by request from you or by having been recognized as a member, you were added to the Cliffs Members subgroup.. (see "Groups" in the memu, click on Cliffs Members and you will see your user ID)
Once a member or resident is identified as such, any records of their identity are discarded. How you were recognized to be added is no longer known.
If you register again with a different email account, user id and password, you would see how many of the forum topics are invisible. You can also log in as a guest and see the limitations.
If you discover a topic on which restrictions should be placed but are not, please let me know.
